Ultimated is the one stop shop for machine control. We provide and support high-quality solutions for machine control on earthmoving machines and geo-instruments. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager for the Flemish market.

Your role

As an Account Manager, you are the point of contact for our customers in Flanders. You advise them on our products and services and build sustainable relationships with customers of varying sizes and complexities.

Our customers range from sole traders who operate the machinery themselves daily, to large contractors and multinationals with extensive fleets of machinery.

Your responsibilities

• Actively selling machine control solutions and geo-instruments
• Advising customers tailored to their projects and working methods
• Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
• Prospecting and identifying new opportunities in your region
• Collaborating with internal teams for technical support and follow-up
• Representing Ultimated at trade shows, demos, and customer visits

Your profile

• You have a degree in surveying or relevant, demonstrable experience in the sector
• You understand the practice of earthmoving, machine control, and/or geo-measurements
• You can present technical solutions clearly and convincingly
• You are commercially minded but primarily think in solutions for the customer
• You work independently and take responsibility for your region
• You communicate fluently in Dutch (knowledge of English is a plus)

Jouw rol

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Actief verkopen van machinesturing-oplossingen en geo-instrumenten
• Adviseren van klanten op maat van hun projecten en werkwijze
• Onderhouden en uitbouwen van bestaande klantenrelaties
• Prospectie en identificeren van nieuwe opportuniteiten in jouw regio
• Samenwerken met interne teams voor technische ondersteuning en opvolging
• Vertegenwoordigen van Ultimated op beurzen, demo’s en klantenbezoeken

Jouw profiel

• Je hebt een opleiding landmeetkunde óf relevante, aantoonbare ervaring in de sector
• Je begrijpt de praktijk van grondverzet, machinesturing en/of geo-opmetingen
• Je kan technische oplossingen helder en overtuigend voorstellen
• Je bent commercieel ingesteld, maar denkt vooral in oplossingen voor de klant
• Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je regio
• Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands (kennis van Engels is een plus)

JUNIOR APPLICATION ENGINEER - MACHINE CONTROL (TOPCON SMOOTHRIDE)

As a Junior Application Engineer, you work at the intersection of surveying, road construction and digital machine control.

You will be internally trained to become a specialist in Topcon SmoothRide, a high-tech workflow for measuring, modelling and executing asphalt and concrete projects.

After thorough training in Belgium and at Topcon in Concordia (Italy), you will be responsible for:

• scanning the existing condition using an RD-M1

• Installation, configuration and calibration of machine control systems (mmGPS, LPS & RD-MC)

• Supporting customers in using SmoothRide and other Topcon solutions

• Processing and analysing 3D data from surveying applications (CAD, point clouds, surfaces)

• Troubleshooting and technical support on sites and remotely

• Assistance with demonstrations, training and product testing

Profile

• Bachelor's or master's in surveying or civil engineering

• preferably trilingual (Dutch/French/English)

• First experience in road construction or with surveying applications in infrastructure projects

• Affinity with GNSS, total stations, scanning or 3D modelling

• Strong interest in innovative technology and the digitalisation of the construction sector

• Practical, independent and strong in communication
