Machines and devices need to run. Downtime means loss of time and costs. Therefore, you can expect a fast and effective service from Ultimated.

We do not promise you heaven on earth, but we do promise that a competent employee will come on-site to solve a problem as soon as possible when it cannot be done remotely.

Our service vehicles are equipped with a large stock of components and parts, so we can intervene immediately in many cases. Additionally, our extensive rental fleet allows us to quickly provide a replacement device or component when needed. This way we keep downtime to a minimum.

Jeroen is now celebrating his 5-year anniversary at Ultimated and has become our ultimate jack-of-all-trades. Do you have a question? There’s a good chance Jeroen knows the answer (unless your machine stops working, because for real technical support he will gladly refer you on 😉).

His golden rule? "Treat the customer as you would like to be treated." Jeroen lives by the motto work hard, play hard – he puts in the effort, but is the first to join in when there’s room for a good joke or a hefty dose of office humour.

Steven is the point of contact at Ultimated for customers active in road construction, whether it involves scanning an existing condition, creating 3D models, or execution (milling & asphalting or concreting). Additionally, Steven ensures the commissioning and support of both machine control and geo-instruments and is the contact person within Ultimated for the UAVs.

Wim supports customers in the selection and implementation of innovative solutions for surveying, GNSS positioning, 3D scanning, and LiDAR technology. With his extensive experience in the construction and infrastructure sector, he understands the challenges on the ground like no one else and helps customers work more efficiently and accurately.

With his practical approach and passion for technology, Wim bridges the gap between advanced measurement solutions and the daily needs of the user. He enjoys collaborating with customers and guiding them in finding the right solution for their projects.
